INNOVATEXT Textile Engineering and Testing Institute - founded in 1949 - is the central research, development and testing basis of the Hungarian textile and apparel industry. It is a member of the Hohenstein Institute group for the last 10 years and part of the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile Ecology (OEKO-TEX®). The MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited facility is recognized as a European notified test center for personal protective equipment (No. 1523) for EC type-examination and inspection of protective clothing, hand and head protection equipment. INNOVATEXT is a member of the most important international and national associations.
